Remedies

The Tribunal has at its disposal a range of possible remedies, just as those available to an ordinary court which is hearing and deciding an ordinary action for the infringement of private law rights.

The Tribunal has wide powers to make remedial orders and awards of compensation. For instance, it can stop activity, quash authorisations, order material to be destroyed and grant compensation to the extent necessary to give due satisfaction.

The Tribunal can also make interim orders.
