Procedures

There is currently no avenue to appeal the decision of the Investigatory Powers Tribunal in the UK

If a complainant would like to take his Human Rights claim further, they can contact the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg. The Complainant will need to prove that they have taken up all the legal avenues open to them within the United Kingdom before the European Court will consider their case.
