Will the Tribunal tell me if my phone has been intercepted?
It is not the Tribunalís function to tell complainants whether their telephones have been tapped, or if they have been the subject of other activity. Its purpose is to ascertain whether legislation has been complied with and organisations have acted reasonably. If your complaint is upheld, the Tribunal may decide to disclose details of any conduct. If your complaint is not upheld, you will not be told if any conduct has been taken against you or not.
